We guarantee Hardanger Bestikk flatware for 10 years against defects in workmanship. In the unlikely event that the flatware should be damaged during normal use, you may return it to your nearest distributor or else send it directly to us. New flatware will be sent to you at no extra cost. We are proud of our flatware and also want our customers to be satisfied.
The guarantee does not cover the Hardanger range.
Quality
The word quality has almost become meaningless since it is used to describe just about everything. Quality of life is just as important to us as product quality, since the two are connected. We find the inspiration for our quality of life here in Hardanger among friends, by walking in the mountains, or hunting and fishing. This enables us to find the motivation we need to create products of top quality. We are more than 70 people working at Hardanger Bestikk and most of us have worked here for many years, some for 10, 20 or 30 years.
